2025 Herb Bradley Snowsports Festival a huge success!
The Herb Bradley Festival was a week-long event held January 6 – 9, 2025 to promote adaptive Snowsports. It is used to get people of all ages and abilities having fun on the snow!
VISAS accepted 14 participants with physical and developmental challenges who were age six(6) years and older, who wanted to learn how to ski, snowboard or cross-country ski with trained adaptive snowsport instructors.
As part of the festival, VISAS provided lift passes and rental equipment (courtesy of Mount Washington), and 4 days of on-snow instruction from our volunteer instructors using customizable adaptive equipment for every ability.
Preference was given to applicants who had no experience with adaptive snowsports, former Have-a-go participants and other beginner skiers and snowboarders who haven’t participated in the Herb Bradly Festival before.
