BCAS All Mountain Camps 2025

Message from Corrine Risler of BCAS

We are excited to announce that we will be running two All Mountain Camps again this season in partnership with Alpine Canada, Rocky Mountain Adaptive and most likely Canada Snowboard.

Please share the attached flyer with any participants who are interested in developing their race skills in a fun environment with great coaches.

The camps are suitable for anyone who is an independent (sit/stand-up) skier or snowboarder who confidently can ski or ride a blue run, linking turns with control as well as loading lifts independently. There will be gate training and race coaching in the morning, weather permitting, and all mountain skill development in small groups in the afternoon. The camps are set up in a group environment with limited one-on-one support.

 The dates are as follows:

  • Sun Peaks Resort: January 16– 19, 2025 (arrival Jan 15, Jan 16 – 19 on snow)
  • Sunshine Village: April 10 – 13, 2025 (arrival April 9, April 10 – 13 on snow)

Registration for both camps are now open. Early Bird pricing is available for both camps:

  • Sun Peaks: Sign up before December 1, 2024 to benefit from the Early Bird pricing of $200. The registration will go up to $250 after December 1st.
  • Sunshine/Banff: Sign up before March 1, 2025 to benefit from the Early Bird pricing of $200. The registration will go up to $250 after March 1st.

If there is a participant who is NCCP Entry Level trained or higher and who is interested in improving their coaching skills on and off the race course, please have them reach out to me directly via – corinne@bcadaptive.com. We may have an opportunity at one of our camps.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like more information about the camp.

All VISAS instructors and participants, please note:

Anyone wishing to participate must approach one of the training coordinators (James Cooney or Michelle Schaeffer) for recommendation to the Board of Directors, who make the final selection. Anyone choosing NOT to follow this process may particiapate without VISAS financial support.
